I want to thank you for laying it all out. I’m a natural bodybuilder that is working hard for a pro card next year. I had a “friend” that kept nudging me to be “open minded” and suggested I take his products to help me “reach my goals ethically and honestly”. After the second or third time my “friend”, whom I’m going to call, E.B., asked me if I would be “open minded” (is this line in the Advocare manual?), I felt compelled to back away and keep my distance from E.B.

I did some research on my own on their own website and really did not find any information that showed me their products were superior or even any different than supplements I could have taken for much less money. When E.B. finally cornered me and I said, “I’m not interested” he said, “well, I guess your not open minded.”

That comment annoyed me since I had been open minded and when I researched his product line and let him know his own company only had to offer nothing different than I was working with, he came back with…”the website is for the masses…not for the classes” The conversation went downhill from there.

What I’m getting at is I have never been more turned off and felt more judged because I chose not to engage in any relationship with Advocare, after I did some research.

Your postings and wonderful depiction of this company completely validates my decision to NOT work with Advocare.
